More players with alternate positions. I think it would be fair to see all LTs be able to get the RT chem and vis versa, all HBs be able to get the FB chem (especially since very few teams, like the Bears get an actual FB every year), all D Lineman and LBs can get the other ones for their area and many more options. Lot of possibilities for this idea which has been cool to use throughout the year!!
