As some of you know, every year for the last 3-4 MUT seasons, I always end the year by making a lineup with all the highest overall players from Alabama, and collect every player who went to Bama’s highest rated card unless they had a PU (OOP never included). I can honestly say this was definitely the most fun I’ve ever had putting a squad together. Here are a few notes regarding the squad this year, lineup will be at the bottom.
I never use a PUP or training in place of a card when powering a player up. This year there were 5 Alabama players who had a LTD that I had to go searching for and managed to get all of them: Derrick Henry 97 Honors, Amari Cooper 91, Ryan Kelly 98, Marlon Humphrey 92, and Kareem Jackson 93 (6 if you include Ozzie Smith 95 Black History Month).
There was a total of 22 players who were 99 overall with PUs or chems, including 14 that were Gold 99’s.
To try and get the best overall possible, some players had to be moved OOP like Minkah from FS to CB, and Jonathan Allen from DT to LE but unfortunately a few couldn’t get that secondary position (Landon Dickerson 91 RG, Shaun Alexander 86 and Mark Ingram 84 FB) plus since there is no Alabama kicker (I’ve heard all the jokes so save them 😂) I use the best kicker and this year was Adam Vinatieri
Chems I used to get players to their max overalls are: 50/50 BO and BD, 40/40 Sprinter and 34/40 Brawler, 5/10 Team chems for Patriots, Raiders, Ravens, WFT, and Titans (used Raiders jersey and stadium and Titans jersey to get chems).
Notable players who couldn’t make the starting lineup or anywhere else do to the limit: 93 Tua, 93 Kenyan Drake, 91 Cam Sims, 78 Ha Ha Clinton-Dix. Team finished 97 Overall (97 on both sides of the ball).
