Can you preorder the physical copy online? And just never go pick it up?
It's if you pre ordered through gamestop, same with peyton manning and walmart.
GameStop. The code is printed on the receipt upon pickup for physical and emailed on launch day for Digital.
In theory, you should be able to preorder the standard physical version, get the code and sell or possibly return the unopened physical copy.

anyone know if you just go and throw 5 bucks down on the game, if the code prints out on the receipt like it used to?
I pre-ordered from walmart to see if they would send a code but haven't seen anything yet (been a few days). Probably not going to come until the game ships is my guess.
