Orenthal J Simpson for HB Mut Master (last card with him on the stand) and Lawrence Taylor for D Mut Master
I just hope they fix the gameplay. I can work with whatever cards they release as long as the gameplay is nothing like this year.
MUT MASTER - Peyton Manning
Team Captains:
Warren Sapp Troy Polamalu Joe Thomas Brett Favre Marshall Faulk
Hall of Famers:
Mike Singletary Joe Montana Reggie White Jim Brown Jerry Rice
I think WR and Corner would both be good positions since you need 4-5 of each. Legend options: Revis, Champ, Deion, Blount, Chad Johnson, Randy Moss, TO, Jerry Rice. Current players: Richard Sherman, Jalen Ramsey, Patrick Peterson, Xavier Rhodes, Michael Thomas, Julio Jones, DeAndre Hopkins, JuJu Smith-Schuster.
MUT Master- Charles Woodson Level Master- Curtis Martin
Captains Peyton Manning Emmitt Smith Julius Peppers Troy Polamalu
I don't think Perry ever even made a pro bowl, so that would be a very unusual choice, especially since all the captains were once-in-a-generation players.
If they choose to keep 4 MLB roster spots, I think MLB is a great defensive Master like it was this year with Shazier. Maybe a Patrick Willis or Zach Thomas or Teddy Bruschi
I hope they stay away from RB as a master. Too many options and who you put as your lead back is what makes your team dynamic. Not until James White, Sony Michele and more recently - LeGarrette Blount - passed Ricky Williams have I had as much fun as I do now playing this game.
Tight End would be a great Master with 3 available roster spots and all of the 3 TE formations, can be a fixture in your lineup all year without feeling like you can easily replace him.
Jason Witten or Antonio Gates would be awesome.
I wouldn't be completely upset at a cornerstone left tackle either. Walter Jones or Joe Thomas would fit the bill nicely.
As far as Captains go, I'd like to see one from each era starting with the 80s.
