Herbert PU question HRM
You have to have his LTD for HRM, but he does get PLE, Conductor, and Identifier at 91 OVR
It doesn't count boosts for ability thresholds he would need 90 base powered up to get it
He gets it on his PU only after you add the 93. His LTD gets it tho by itself

Will Justin Herbert get HRM at the third tier on a theme team? With awareness boost? Or does he only unlock that ability fully PU’d? Thanks in advance!
