It makes no sense... for a 50 level grind, you have to make that card somewhat meta. It has to have universal appeal that makes everyone want that card. Kittle made sense. PJ Williams is a complete joke. And even worse, it took them 110 days to crank that idea out and stick with it.🤣🤣🤣
The best QB in the game is Boomer freaking Esiason
I mean Suh got a 92 then a 87. One of the worst 5 QBs in the league has the highest card. Williams sounds about right.
Suh and Cam had at least a couple good years, made pro bowls, etc. What has PJ Williams done? He has 8 total INT with his career high this year with 3.
Thank you. Man, people are so disrespectful to Cam and his legacy. Dude is a former league MVP. There's not a ton of them walking around. And it was for a good reason... when healthy and in his prime, he had a skill set the league has never seen before and likely won't again for a long, long time. Unfortunately, an inept coaching staff running him into the ground caused the shoulder injury that has caused some issues with his consistency throwing, but I don't get the hate. If this game is about giving guys cards based off what their prime/best version of themselves was or is, Cam should have one of the BEST cards in the game and be meta.
People complain about his upgrade but aint making near the same amount of noise about EA unilaterally anointing guys Like Blount, Finley, and Nelson "legends." But, that's ok, because it's not guys they hate.

people hate on Cam because he's different. he's not the traditional QB. his fashion sense seriously turns old ass dudes into whiney complainers lol
People hate on Cam for many reasons, starting when he took $200k at Auburn and called himself an entertain and icon going into the draft. That being said, he is the definitely of a selfish and overrated player. The way people talk about him, you'd think he could walk on water. At best, he's had two good years (rookie & 2015) and he's been in the league 11. Guess how many playoff games he's won outside of 2015? 1. ONE! But more to the point, all you need to know is found out by Googling Cam Newton Super Bowl gif. The first 50 results are him making a Cam-first decision as opposed to trying to win a game. He also made that dumb ass comment about women reporters and how it was "funny" when they asked him football questions. That got him dropped by his sponsors.
Lol the only worse choice would’ve been Marcus Williams from the Saints. Fresh off the Minneapolis Miracle and personally escorting Tony Pollard to the end zone, it would’ve been the ultimate troll.
He is good just known for a bad play in his rookie year
I mean, did you not watch the game last week? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSDI-elOaio
Did you not watch any other saints games???
As a saints fan PJ Williams' gold card is overrated.
The same reason why a lot of BS goes down in MUT. EA chooses random players to upgrade and they just roll with it. They pre-picked him from day 1 and never planned on changing it no matter if he was out for the season or if he was the best player in the league.
Seriously Saints fans. Is P.J. Williams super under rated and needs this great acknowledgement?!?!?
Edit: So in all the responses there is zero support for this guy getting this card. This is why people talk so much crap about this game. It’s cluelessness.
