Twitch DROPS broken

Big MCS drops tonight, but last 3 GMM Twitch drops not come thru to console.

1. Online chat with EA - You did not meet the requirements. I did and had already provided claimed content screen shots in case
2. Told me to contact Twitch - Twitch said we see the claims and account connections all good this end contact EA
3. Go back to EA, EA says robotically "You did not meet the requirements., contact Twitch".
4. I disconnected and reconnected my acct but who knows if it will work

Anyone got any ideas that are helpful? Thanks!
