I wonder if all future Lynch upgrades will get all team chems if you have the Most Feared card to go into the PU.
He should. I'll double down and say I bet they let you bypass the 90 with training eventually since the 90 is limited with no redux.
They could also not make the ltd part of the power up and give the new card only chems for the team he played for.
