Good Player for 90-91 PU Pass?

I just got the Tier 5 90-91 PU pass, but none of the player I have can use it.

I have a link to PU pass players and what tier they are, but it doesn't have Tier 5. Anyone have a link to a thread with players who can use it or just advice based on what you used it on?
