So are HR just a waste of time?

I really just want that Fitz, considering just grinding to level 33 and getting that pass because I won like 15 HR yesterday now to find out they never counted?? Rip

They're counting now for some of the player base, myself included. Others have to wait as the fix is going out in waves.

Definitely. They tweeted that the fix is only for non-gameplay based objectives (sets completed, challenge stars).
