Jaylon Smith PU?

Will Jaylon Smith get the training point power up option? If so, when? I've been trying to get him to a 99 but don't have the coinage to do so right now but have a massive amount of training points on hand.

Damn no wonder. I've been giving training points to my coach and Stadium to help boost these mother fuckers and only Everson walls went up to a 99.
