Training Points / Missing stuff in MUT

Quick question , if MUT doesn't have Power up's anymore, what good is training points.

No more team centered challenges where you crush specific team solo challenges , for team rewards. That was epic, gring and earn coins.

I have played MUT since it's first year. All the things that where awesome are no longer being done. It's seems like it's all about the LTD cards and new released players for the week.

I had a LTD card way back when OBJ made the 1 handed catch vs Dallas , and LTD Reggie White on the Panthers. Now every week there is one, it no longer feels special.

What gives? How does everyone else feel about this?

Let me know what the community thinks?

I liked it the way it "was"...I agree with you on the LTDs...when they are everywhere on your team...they ain't really "limited". As for Power Ups...I hated PUs...until they were gone. At first I thought I would like it, but...nope. The use of PU passes was a big plus last year, additionally base cards you bought early (like my Ronnie Lott) were going to still be useful later in the year as I would need it for the PU when the card got an upgrade. It also gave "investors" some fun as they could anticipate, buy and hold. While we are at it...I also liked the old "chems" (or whatever they were called) where you could get Sprinter, Brawler...and so on. This made the team building deeper as you could look forward and plan on the right cards and right chems to put on them. Oh...while I'm at it...let's talk abilities...a couple years ago (I think) you could only have three cards with abilities. We could put four or more abilities on these three cards, but...this made these players something special. A DE with four abilities on it made an impact. Now I tend to "spread" the abilities out as the cards just don't hold up if you don't have something on it (for the most part). Don't get me wrong...there are tons about the "new" things I do like...I really like the passes and how they reset every two weeks. The new pass system make for a more gradual increase in ovr and the biweekly cards they have been giving out have been really good. Even this week's kicker (I know...folks don't want the kicker) is going to be a significant upgrade and will save coins for months. Throw in the level rewards (Deion and Allen) and they did good...heck...Casper is still my TE1. So I appreciate that EA tried something new, but...hopefully they will take a look back and consider reverting to some of the things the community liked from MUT years of the past. Enjoy the new promo today all and have an awesome day.

Training is mainly for the re rolls and now there's more LTDs since it brings them the bread
