Marvin Harrison stopping on his routes

I bought marvin harrison yesterday to replace Tyreek Hill and put abilities DOE, MIE and MOE on him. So far in the limited times I've throw to him, he's stopping on the route or my QB misses him so bad I wonder if it's a glitch somewhere.
