So I stopped playing mut probably around halloween time, sold off everything I could, and now just kind of bored with other games, I was grinding away and building up a phins theme team. Got some holes in there, and not everyone is the top card they could be - but I'm at 92 ovr, and have a few better nat cards, like Ed Reed, Fred B, etc to throw in.
But I'm going to be very close to getting/not getting that 98 ovr Gronk, which I would like to add to the squad obviously. I think I'm going to need to win a few mut champs or h2h games to get there, but my question is ---> what has this game turned into online h2h now? Whats the meta, what to look out for? What works decently on offense? Never really been into cheesing the game, just do my own thing. An average player, but I know I'll run into plenty of teams wayyyy overpowering mine. Are there any low end teams left out there?
I've got about 5 million coins to play with, but dont realllllyyyy wanna dip into the stack too much. But I'm open to adding some players if I need to. What abilities are people running / liking these days on offense and defense?
a few current things I'm running just as an idea -
Qb - 94 Tua
Rb - 94 Damien Williams (and have Dunn)
Wr - 93 Tyreek Hill, 91 Brandon Marshall, 93 Mark Clayton, 89 Waddle ... and 94 fred (thinking of getting Hill/Waddle upgrades)
Te - 93 Keith Jackson, 94 Gronk
OL - 94's and an 89
DL- 90 Wake / Jason Taylor / 89 Sapp / 92 Sam Adams
LB- 92 Chubb, 91 Lanier, 93 Elandon Roberts, 94 Ernest Jones, 92 Jaelan Phillips (and carl banks upgraded)
CBs are pretty rough - 95 Rodgers, Howard/Byron jones chemmed up to 93/94, brandon jones 92
FS- Minkah, 89 Holland (have 96 ed reed too)
SS- 94 Eric Rowe, 93 Sammy Knight
