My KOs been like that all year hardly ever activated
I have noticed they did that until I upped the play rec on my players. They then got smarter now that seems to be negated. Thats how I know they tweaked the game.

Im 100% sure ea has tweaked the probabilities of an ability activating. Deep out kos literally watching people catch the ball in their face. Happened to my deion amd both safeties. Started really noticing this happening last night.
