Bro this game is bad… bad…bad…
I accepted the fact that EA will never make a perfect or close to perfect madden game. There will be always a meta, glitch plays, and EA will always botch promos. However I will still play because football is my #1 hobby.
It’s not the best however it’s the best football game right now. I tired maxim football the graphics and animation sucks and the gameplay was just as bad.
Yes, but you gotta understand with the budget they have they did a pretty good job. Madden should be years ahead instead it’s the same old rehash broken game year after year🤦♂️
Good??? Seriously i couldn’t even complete a pass. Maybe football maxim should release bundles and packs 😉 that people could buy.
Ok but look what they have done in a small window of time with a super low budget compared to the BILLIONS Ea has and doesn’t put much ( if at all ) into the game 🤷♂️
I get your point however Maxim is still not a good game. I’m waiting for 2K to release their football game.
No I agree but again look what they did In a short time with little resources. Makes you wonder how lazy EA is with madden. Heck look at this year. This was supposed to be their tribute to John Madden and look how insanely broken this game is.🤷♂️
at this point, it’s too late, but what they should’ve done was take a year off to fix the game just do updates to that last madden and work to make the future games much better rather than these four months in between launches 🤦♂️
It's by far the worst game I've ever played!!! It's stretch, gun tight or verticals. The majority of the ppl don't know how to make adjustments on defense, they only know how to base align.
Imagine cross play when everyone spams 2 or 3 plays 🤦♂️ bruh it’s going to be a complete 💩 show in 24 . There’s ZERO chance this group will pull off a smooth and muchly improved game. Has it happened yet 🤷♂️

Yeah. M17 was the last fun one! It had that damn swerve or it would have been a perfect game.
It was a great game until you start playing the top 5%. Cross man concepts are brutal. Literally the dumbest concept ever in a football game. The fact that you could line up a safety 30 yards on the other side of the field in man... and the WR he was lined up against would basically slow down to allow him to catch up. So that guy covers that man unless you do a zig, out, or streak... and he covers whoever is close to him while he is running straight across the field. The swerve while annoying didn't matter when you played top 5% because you just user it and INT.
My user would get sucked into that animation though. It was tough either way. And I totally forgot about the cross manning. At least you could user a mlb. Urlacher MF card was a beast. Sean Taylor OOP was a user god too. I was nowhere near the top 5%. So I wouldn’t know all that bis. Glad to see you back here man!
I am impartial to m18 for gameplay with m17 and 25 right behind. M18 had the crazy tight zones and it was nice that people had to make reads to throw the ball. Shazier was the best use I have ever used too.
Yeah. I forgot about the Shazz too. He was a beast! I quit 18 really early. Got frustrated with how EA went to pretty much pay to win that year with the zone thresholds.

Ya I think abilities have to go. Or at least give us a purest/ non fantasy vision to play. But I play not good people all the time the just hail Mary it and get crazy jump balls and long runs on me. Not to mention all the EA breaks like fumble, having my guys not catch are having Elway just throwing the ball straight to them lol. Don't play conservative play crazy I think EA likes that.
First thing… I am terrible. Flat out. I practice it’s just I’m not good. With that being said some of things in this game are ridiculous. It’s a game I know and it’s hard to mimic realism but wow. Just wow. Sorry for my Karen rant but this game has major issues. My issue is being terrible but this game is also bad. EA need to revamp this whole franchise.
