Please assist, "You don't have access to this section"???...

So I purchased the Madden 24 Deluxe (which I've done always, possible discussion for another day) Xbox Series X/S over a month ago...Loaded the 54.2GB game last week to my S, after a few attempts due to server issues I am able to access what I thought was MUT& the pre-purchase bonuses...Each time I attempt to access either the Season 1-Next Era &/or the HL Giveaway player options I continue to get the "You don't have access to this section...Am I doing something wrong???...Are you all encountering the same issue???...I was able to obtain all 4-of the Twitch packs earlier...Please assist...Thanks in advance...BB135...
