best way to turn coins\scouts into TP?
I just look through all the ovr's and use a calculator to determine what the best rate on the AH currently is

Yes, the 97 full ult legend is the best TP rate available.
You can buy a number of different free agent or team builder AUCTIONABLE players with scouts in the store, see the tab that says "scouts used here."
What are the best cards for turning coins into TP? Ray Guy is about 9 coins/TP. Is that as good a rate as can be had right now? Or are there lower level cards getting more TP/coin?
Regarding Scouts, are the 97 OVR the only option to get Auctionable players with Scouts? I assume I would then have to sell them for coin and convert to TP the same as above, correct?
