That is the opposite of what they said on stream. On stream they said, "Put 3 96's into the set to get back Deion, Deion PU, and the 3 96 masters back as NAT." Then they showed the pack and it was Ward, Kamara and Cooper along with Deion. Cooper is Offensive hero, Ward is Defensive Hero, Kamara is Specialist Hero. They also said you would get Ward & Kamara before they are actually released if you did the set tomorrow (meaning put in 3 Coopers). This is the pinnacle of the promo outside of whatever LTDs they drop.
Actually if you looked at the set it says “any” 3 combine masters implying there are more than 3. If the masters were only Alvin,ward, and Kamara why would it not be just one of each
No, it does not imply more than 3. It means you can put in Cooper 3 times (Or 2 of one of them). They did this before with Super Bowl (maybe others) and you could put in the same Hero multiple times. It means you don't have to put in 1 of each of the 3.

Lol yea 1st part of new promos stink but this is what happens when EA turns 1 week worth of content into 1 month of content
First part of 3, and the multiple part promos have started slow nearly all year.
Give it a chance before labeling the entire promo a bust.
