With both TO and Woodson dropping is a 49ers team clearly the current best way to go?

I have 53/50 98 ovr 9ers team and every starter is 99 besides kicker punter..

100%. Not only do they have the who’s who of legends eligible, but the extra X3 Ronnie in addition to X3 Reuben from the OG TD promo is an extra two flex players than any other theme team gets.

You can probably do that with most teams by now. I have a 52/50 giants team that's 98 ovr and my only starters that aren't 99 are 97 97 98 98.

Can get to 50/50 with no holes/sub optimal starting players and run legends chems on offense and defense plus close two other maxed chems and a 20/30. Will have 3 starting CBs and WRs with good height and all 99’s in every key stat except press. Discuss.

Edit: I don’t mean a true theme team with only niners players, just a 50/50 team that uses all the TB/MVP players to still have room to plug the holes a true only niners theme team would have.
