No UL Bailey but they just came out with 99 Bailey Program Stars! just when i updated to 98 Bailey now one more to go!

Just put two silver tokens in the ghost of madden set the very bottom last one, lets you pick Gonzo, Vick or Champ..then power it up

You could put him into the PH CB sets and sell Ramsey/White. Keep in mind that Champ prolly receive a 99 UL the next weeks.
Buy the Champ Bailey 80 OVR, and buy a random 96 OVR to quicksell for training and use the training to Power Up Champ Bailey.

Yes. You need the 80 Champ and power this card up step by step, like shown in this video

Yes. You need the 80 Champ and power this card up step by step, like shown in this video at the 7:50 min mark, with the amount of 18,245 training (instead of snow).

You have to powerup the 80 GoM card with 18k TP to get a 96 Champ.

Look for the Zero Chill/GoM Exchange Sets where you can trade in silver tokens or trophies to get the 80 powerup card.
