In regards to pre order bonuses and loyalty rewards gor MUT 20

If we get the digital Ultimate Superstar Edition and we have multiple PSN/EA  accounts on 1 PS4, does each account get all the pre order bonuses listed? The 84 ovr Ramsey and Rice, the 15 gold packs etc.?
