Does Madden have hackers?

Ive always wondered how they would hack, gaming on PC I suspect hacking often in alot of games, not so much console but knows it exist, but my question is, I run into these type of players every once in a while, maybe 1 out of every 40 games or even more, I aint no slouch, not the best, but can stand with good players, who the hell is the ones who know the exact play you call if it be run or pass and perfectly time most passes? to make matters worse, my defense finds a way to do absolutely weird things like outside LB covering a #1 or #2 WR or the CB that was suppose to be covering him is MIA. Game goes real sour mostly for the fact he knows if you run or passes even when you change everything up as much as possible, hard to believe professional madden players is good enough to recognize whats going on when ones who do this for living (NFL Coaches) are not that good. Least the have never done so in madden competitions ive seen with the best, Ive at times also run into these players where it seems their entire game is run by a real smarter AI and not a real player. Clue?
