Prices up or down after official release?

I spent the 150k I got during the 10 hour trial and bought cards the night the game came out early. Sold the players last night and have 500k, planning to buy again tonight, assuming prices initially dip after midnight.

Any more details on the promo tonight? Im sitting on only 120k, but Ive been able to pack to full legends & have 2 sets for diamond sets ready to go.

Mahomes price will fall slightly but his power up will shoot up. I wouldn’t be surprised if his power up hits 120-150k

You guys think base elite Mahomes price is gonna fall significantly if at all due to the 90 overall coming out tonight?

I disagree with some of these takes (some are on same page as me).  The presumption is that because more people will be playing, more will be buying...therefore - up. 

This is wrong for this weekend. While more people will be playing, they won’t have any coins or purchase power. Therefore, they will buy packs. In addition, I wouldn’t be surprised if new packs are dropped for launch (or for legends on Saturday). Since so few have coins yet, these will he purchased with points. You’re going to see a VERY significant immediate if/when this happens followed be a recovery over the hours that follow.

Buy right when the game releases around 9pm. It’ll go up once the night ends.

Last year was my first year playing from the start. I sold early and missed out on a ton of coins.

You never know though, could flip this year & stuff goes cheaper.
