Can an you skip the easy challenges and go to hard, is there an order to this or is it chaos?

 You don't have to play each challenge on easy, medium and hard if that's what you mean. Just play hard, this will give you the maximum number of stars. No need for easy and medium if you want to complete hard anyways.

That’s strange, I didn’t have an issue when I played it. Have you tried different plays? It might be that particular play that is bugged
