Recently finished solos for Michael Thomas and was going to add the Route Apprentice chem because it looks pretty cool. it shows up in the michael thomas loading screen but isn't available for some reason when upgrading the card...? Am I missing something? Also, I have yet to fully power him up, don't know if that is an issue...
If he cannot get it yet, what are some receivers that can?
