MVP loyalty players update
I was missing one and contacted EA help from the link in one of the other threads and they took care of it in less than 5 minutes and gave me all 3 instead of just the one. I just put them into the exchange set and got an 84 ovr Diggs.
I submitted an issue about a week ago. Said they would look into it. Contacted them on the ea help page via chat and had the pack in 5 minutes. Better late then never lol

I think most of the customer service reps are contracted in another country to text, email, and talk on the phone. They do not directly work for EA, they just collect information and send it on for more general resolutions. Seems like a huge waste of resources. 4-5 contacts to address what could have taken 5 minutes.
I have only 1 account and still missing mvp players for playing past madden games.
Just curious if everyone missing items have more than one account? I only have one and got all mine when I got the game
contacted them today (8-6) 10:00 am about my missing MVP content and was told "they are aware of the problem" I asked if there was any type of in game compensation in way of a code they could offer and was told they would give me a 15% off for another of their games. lol So I should send them more money for another product when I am having problems with my current purchase. The cards are useless now except for training. This is how EA sports rewards loyalty. Its like they said "pleasure to meet you" than kicked you in the leg and offered some cold medicine as compensation. Its just bad business on their end.

Finally decided to contact EA, same thing as everyone else i'm assuming. They confirmed there is an issue and are looking into getting it resolved.
wow. so there's alot of missing rewards. i don't understand why kraelo would send you to ea help when ea help tells you its the studio and theres nothing that can be done by ea help. no one is taking the blame. i feel like kraelo should say its a known problem and they are working on a solution. ea help is pretty much useless and not to mention hard to even understand as it is a out of country call center. just horrible communication by ea Kraelo is telling everyone with problems to contact ea help. last yr went smoothly to degree.

Just curious to see if people who didn't get them on launch if they received them? I still haven't received mine still and EA help is no help. all they say it's an issue they are aware of. those 3 cards amount to a minimum of 45k i don't need to waste on those positions. this is crappy start. anyone still having this issue?
