 Well now I’m also waiting for the game to redownload since I thought it was just me.....

 Man that's rough, shouldn't take too long if you bave fast internet though. The game is only 41 gigs

I've been waiting to level up because I didnt have money on my account for the level up pack. I literally just added money, bought points and never got them. I quit madden to try and reload hoping the points would show and now am getting the same error. Been playing little enough to not level much so I dont miss the level pack and the minute I can finally buy it I cant play anyway. Hopefully it's a quick fix and hopefully my points show up afterwards

Yep and I uninstalled tried to reinstall and it says I have to buy the game again

Unfortunately I am getting this message as well. I have been trying for the past 5 mins but unable to even load the game
