EA dropping the ball with its best customers

A full week now of missing the Madden Loyalty Players and the Dallas Cowboy players. We payed extra to get a jump on doing solos and and having fun with the superstar editions. 12 packs not a single elite in the bunch. It happens no worries I thought at least I will get my 6 elite cards from the promotions. 7 days in a row of hearing "please be patient" and that's the only "help" they offer. Every time I play a team with the players I was suppose to get, that I PAID EXTRA to get and didn't leaves a sour taste in my mouth. It is now going into week 2 the players for this promotion are only training points fodder. The promotion that was suppose to encourage its best customers to keep spending money and enjoy the game has had an exact opposite effect. 

When EA becomes aware of these customers thru emails and "help" chats or phone calls it would be so easy to send back a code for pack a day as compensation for their screw up. Why cant they empower their "help " employees with this option?  First impressions matter and its bad business to offend repeat customers with a promotion that was intended to endear them to the game. SMH
