Quote from ksugg30 >> Backups chemistry count. So if your running a theme team, fill those with players from that team. Even if you have a a few non-theme starters.
When you put chemistry on the 2 jerseys, coach, and stadium. They count full time in groups of 4 for each level. So every 4 of the same chemistry gets a new bump. In my experience, pick one and stick to it mostly. There are 10 total per card, so 40 chems available, or 10 total levels available. I usually do something like level 7 Passing, and level 3 Passing D or something on each card. (Further in season when TP is cheaper) Right now I'm at level 2 Passing.
If you plan to max out a theme team.

You need 40/50 of the players, but 50/50 is better. Then once you max out the jersey/coach/stadium chems is when you really start to see +2 or +3 boosts to players OVR. Combined with your standard chems like WC or PD.
For example: Last year my 94 Baker card was a 97 OVR with 40/50 Browns, 30/30 WC, and level 7 Browns Team Passing.
does chemistry work with all starters and backups or just the cards that show (starters)
also if you put chemistry on uniforms does it only apply when u are home or away and using that uniform or do both always apply? Same with stadium, only if you home? I assume coach always works.
