How to trade with a friend?

It's pretty easy. Go to your item item binder and select the card you want to trade. Right next to Auction you'll see Trade. Click on trade and it will take you to a screen where you can indicate what your looking for in return. Leave it at the default of 2 days but add a few things about what your looking for (eg. select a position and team) this isn;t necessary, it;s just to help your friend find the card you posted. Then press X (on PS4) to post. Make sure you let your friend know exactly what card you posted for trade and that he let's you know exactly what card he offered in return. When you have that info go to My Trade Block and accept the card your friend has offered to trade. One caution, if the trades are very lopsided you could possibly get hit w/ some type of ban. I'd like to give a friend some cards for his theme team, but have no idea how trading works. Looked around the trading block but all I found was a search mask. How can I offer him my players?
