What’s your favorite one pass touchdown plays for House Rules?

We want to get out fast. Anyone want to share their one pass TD plays? Or favorite 2 point conversion plays? Preferably one that blocks 7 or otherwise beats the 7 man blitz everyone is running right out of the gate.
