do you have to activate some kind of X factor for these to work? I’m guessing no since at least my jason Elam can’t get an X-Factor. But, this is EA, and I want to make sure before plunking down 1500 freaking training for Focused Kicker that the damn thing will work without having to count Elam as one of my 3 X Factors on D or O
