Last 2 days been brutal, it also seems alot of 19 has reared its head.
Might be MUT draft being a tard, I played and won like 3 games out of 5 on Madden House Rules with only a 79 Offense and 80 Defense.
But the problems with MUT draft I was seeing in regular H2H also.

i think for the most part the game is a huge step forward since 18/18.. they were absolutely awful.
My biggest problem is the X Factors and SuperStar abilities. i don’t want superhero abilities in a pro football simulation, if i did i would buy NFL Blitz and get my guys “on fire”. if WRs have route specialist attribute they literally torch man coverage no matter what on any cut route and create 5 yards minimum separation, do this with 2 WRs and it’s impossible to used both. Zone D is basically useless cause it’s so easy to manipulate any zone with a flood concept and make the zone dumb out. Also pass rush is non existent unless you have abilities on your Pass Rushers or send at least 6.
I strictly play and recommend Salary Cap because it’s better for NMS, is on All Madden difficulty and if you wanna have an ability or X Factor it’s gonna cost you salary, so not many people do it.
Other than that, I think the game is great, love the fumbles and new run game. Def needs a few fixes on a bunch of small stuff but i think it’s a step in the right direction.
I am saddened to say, I agree with you OP. This game has been on the cusp of falling over the precipice of Madden 19 Hell since the onset, July 30th release day. There have been hints of 19 in this game from the beginning ........the Patch may have hurled it into 19 hell hole. I certainly wish to be optimistic however it is becoming apparent that the Developers at EA are inept, they know no other path than the past, Madden 19 and are determined to bring it back full swing from the depths of EA hell.
There have been some bright lights in 20 that were promising, yet the Patch reduced, actually virtually eliminated the Stiff Arm which was so much fun and it today is completely useless and un effective. Yes I too have seen the "over the shoulder" LBer swat of the pass and so many locked animations which once plagued 19 as well as the failed xtra point because the kick meter cheats (white line 1/8th up the meter) bounce back for no reason.
From day 1 I have seen evidences of Madden 19's final stages lingering around in MUT play and warned of it's lurking under the guise of a NEW Madden experience.......... for today with the initiation of the Patch, it's nearer now than it was on day 1. One oddity beyond the already reported glitches is the fact that all cards now read NA for everyone's College. WTH is that EA? The server glitch around 2:30PM added to the mess of a Patch and we're off to the races to hell with EA once again.
agree with the AI..my squad feels like total tards on solo battles. my QB never over throws but when on solo battle? ohh yeah
Disagree.. this is nothing like 19. 18 and 19 were the worst maddens ever. This game has been great and has a bright upside. Just a few patches and we’ll be there!
Now this is only MUT Draft per say, im about to go another direction from it.
It seems while fumbling problem is not as severe as it was from release, the game was at least tolerable because the interceptions got toned down.
That is until the last 2 days I been playing, something in this game has changed, my AI is stupid, no defense ever works because WR's and TE's are open way too often, they manage to bat balls to a defender for interception or completion 2-3 times a game now. Linebackers are now starting to do the same shit they did in 19 with over the shoulder interceptions and jumping up for balls they really have no business playing, CBs while they should be getting INTS, are now getting more INTs with balls that should not be playable for an interception at the angles they are, talking the deep pass lobs.
I had some instances tonight where a D-Lineman out ran my TE on a deep route, this is when I threw my hands up and said, shit, Madden 19 is back again. What really aggravates me how many critical passes miss wide open receivers or the receiver bobbles it and just not catch it without any interference whatsoever.
