Do You Quit With Seconds Left In The Game?

I always seen people do this and wonder why. I played a really good back and forth H2H game last night. I got the lead late in the 4th with about a minute left of the clock. Other team had the ball to try and score and win the game.  After a good drive they went for it on 4th and 2 to try and keep the game/drive alive with 10 seconds left. I made the stop with about 6 seconds left on the clock. The guy quickly paused and quit.

Is there an advantage to it? Like someone trying to get a disconnect glitch? Or are people just that impatient/mad that quitting makes them feel better. I understand being down 10+ early in the first half or early in the 4th and quitting,  but why do it when you just went through the whole game. I think you get more XP for completeing the games as well.

I stay in if i get to the point where i can no longer win but only if the other person kneels it out. If they come out and run a play trying to add insult to injury im out. I got no time for that.

Ive had a bunch of games where i could have easily score once more but just kneel and move on to the next game.

No cause Id lose my W.  Just joking I never win.  haha I dont because it counts against your dfn% and if you arent at mut lv 50 you wont get the points for finishing 4 quarter

I play it out. You never know what will happen. I was down 14-0 with 1 minute left in 4th. Threw a pick. Had 3 TO, Forced a fumble and return for TD. Onside kick, got the ball back. Went and score with time expiring in WL. Game isn’t over till you get Closing scene. It isn’t always gonna happen but it’s always worth a shot.

It's faster to quit than to go through the game end loading screen. Or it was his/her last game of the night and it's faster to just shut off the console thab to wait for all the animation dramatics.

Suhdudessss

Just makes u both lose xp cuz u don’t get complete 4 quarters bonus

No advantage to anyone. I think most are trying to do the other a favor by conceding - saving each other a minute or two. Personally, I would play it out without dragging it out. What frustrates me (when I'm losing which is often) is when my opponent calls TOs and tries to score when the game is in hand.
