Could not agree more. It seems like the people really enjoying the game started after madden 16. It’s hard to want to keep playing this game.
This is my primary single-player game, but I play others with friends so I don't get burnt out too fast. They always try to make you feel that you're behind and need to either grind or spend more $ to keep up. This year I've just been doing HR with some solo's here and there, no WL league so I don't feel I have to constantly be playing.
I haven't played as long as you but am feeling the same way. I played 18 and 19 a lot, every day. 20 just seems to be more of the same. I think this is the third year in a row I've seen a Heavyweight Yanda card. MUT is a fun game mode but after you built up a team a few times it just becomes way too repetitive. The biggest reason for the game becoming stale for me is that it takes too many hours (or lots of $$$ and luck) to acquire players. I bet MUT cycles through players pretty frequently.
30 but its not a lower level of interest in video games...i still play Apex pretty often haha
Just curious hold old you are. Sometimes interests can change throughout the lifespan
Sorry to hear that. I like the core gameplay and mechanics of this one more than most in the past. Not for everyone though. Godspeed.
I've played this game pretty extensively from Mut 14-19 and competitively. MUT 20, however, i just have zero interest in. i dont even do the daily objectives...typically the first month i grind solos religiously, but i just cant even get the urge to turn the game on. pretty boring game now if you ask me.
