So how are golden tickets going to work?

Last i heard once they start dropping it'll be 2 on Thursday's until all have been Done then all will remain in Packs until the end of the year.Agreed after the 1st 48 hrs of each drop they'll be harder to pull.As of now no date has been set as to when the 1st 2 will drop.My guess will be sometime after the 26th of March.
