Agressive Catch

I just don’t know when to use it, in every situation possession catch is better for me, when i must use?

1 on 1 situations when there is no chance a 2nd defender can get there to drop the hammer.

On a jump ball or a high point

I use aggressive catch when I need to get past a certain mark or into the end zone. All depends on situation

When your in contested catches, end zone.
