Rookie premiere

I played last season but not completely. I’d like to know what are the requirements to get the Rookie Premiere this season

Bosa if he stays healthy, Williams, and TJ are the ones that pop for me.  Devin too.   Probably only Devin and Williams can make my team.  Bosa for theme team.

The season hasn't started. They improve as their actual NFL players perform.

You’re out of luck to get any players this year. You had to complete a set on m19 to get them this year. SO this year you’ll need to complete sets (in like June) to get the rookie premiere players for m21
