X- factor ability costs?

I just bought 86 Derrick Henry yesterday and he’s been playing really well for me, so I was looking at it I could put an X factor on him, which I can for 20 training. Once I unlock the X factor ability slot relatively how much training does it cost to put an X factor ability on someone? (I would probably want the one that upgrades his trucking even more)
