Finished all the new stuff late last night and got to Level 99 MAX and all-day I kept trying to Upgrade my 98 Tillman to 99 and it gives the 1) use 26K+ training to get to 99 or 2) use a token from Binder.
I have upgraded Holt to 99 (used up all the tokens items for him) and I have 1 more special token in my binder that says use for Tillman, but it doesn't allow me to use this token item to upgrade him to 99 even after getting to max level. Do I need to wait for a later date for it to unlock or is something else going on? Thanks in advance for the help. I would upgrade him using training but don't want to have 1 special token card left in my binder unused.
