Question about power ups

i just use the MH Filter by players. filter by 82-84 for the positions you’re looking for and then filter by 85-86. see if a player catches your eye and then see what their power up cost and all those details.

i have 82-84 & 85-86 power ups and trying to find cards i can upgrade the Highest possible. 

I have slay from tb and he is upgraded to 88. Looking for something similar and tried checking out cards from 82-86 with higher cards so that i can upgrade further on with tp. I probably missed something But couldnt find anything like This

Could anyone help me out? Only positions i dont need higher are safeties, mlb, LG, fb Im set at 89-91 there.
