Boosted overalls with Chems question

I’ve noticed teams in playing will show a players card with a boosted overall due to chems coach madden etc....

i have quite a bit of chems but I don’t seem to show any boost of overalls. 

Is this shown in your team lineup or somewhere else?

If the chem boosts a certain stat or group of stats past a certain threshold, it boosts the OVR. The boosted OVR simply turns blue on your card
