Why am I not forcing fumbles?

I’m in the same situation. Need to work on my hit stick timing. 

Have Adams SS, Collins SS2, Ray Lewis MLB (Shaz and Urlacher OLB) and at FS I have 92 Joyner, but I think I’m gonna go to Dawkins for the 90+ Hit Power and better tackling.

Yeah, you don't have any big hitters except Dawkins and Adams. Everyone you mentioned is <90 hit power and I'm assuming you don't have enforcer as well. If you want fumbles, sell off urlacher and reed and pick up bigger hitters.

I mean seriously, what am I doing wrong? Got Dawkins, Reed, Shazier and rotate Urlacher and Adams at safety, sometimes playing all three of them. Seems like I cause a fumble every 20 games max. Even put the aggressive tackling on in the coaching adjustments, but still my opponent won't fumble. I admit I have some difficulties with hit stick timing, missing some ballcarriers but even if I hit them the ball won't come out. On the other side my players seem to fumble on every hit they take, even while covering the ball.  Am I missing something?
