Safety Valve with RBs subbed?

Cause slot specialist, you need to be in the slot to be able to utilize the extra routes. 

Its worth a 10% try in my opinion. 

 I'm pretty sure it just states a "running back". Does that mean from the RB position (soo that would include Okoy), pure rb's (wouldn't include okoye ever), or any backfield player anyway (would include anyone including out wide)? have no idea

Does anyone know if Safety Valve will work with Okoye subbed at TE?

Not sure if it works for FBs at all TBH, but I'd like to use it to help boost Okoye's hands and just let him run drags and flats.
