Does the HR player go into the Ray Lewis set?

I'm at 60 HR wins and planing to use my 75 wins reward in the Ray Lewis set tomorrow. Can anyone confirm that this NAT reward card can be put in the set? I would like to know for sure before I buy the other two players needed (one with bats and one from the AH i think)
