Is there a threshold for Throw Power?

I am using Kurt Warner and his TP is at 87. Thing is, I think 19's threshold for TP was 91. However, it seems that any Madden 19 threshold that was at 91 is a 90 this year, whereas all thresholds that were set at 90 or below have stayed the same (this is based on the thresholds we know of). I am incorrect in assuming that the community has not identified a TP threshold?

The reason I ask is because I've noticed that if my passes had a slight more velocity on them that it would transform my offense completely. I can hit the 90 TP with chems if I wanted to right now, but not 91. And even then, I am worried I won't be able to actually see with my eyes if the ball travel has changed once I change all my chems so that I hit 90 TP. I just don't want to chem for 90 TP and not realize that it's not actually helping me because Go Deep actually suck for me right now since Warner meets the DAC threshold anyway.

Thanks.

incremental upgrades until 99 when it's the best. Still doesn't guarantee an accurate throw tho unlike 19

Nope the more the merrier. I've slowly stacked THP boosts on pre-LTD Russ and they all helped a bit. Then got the LTD and he became a baller card able to squeeze it in windows he never could before.

I always viewed throw power like speed. Doesn't really have a threshold. Incremental improvements. You know, like how all the stats should work..
