Is there a threshold for Throw Power?

Nope the more the merrier. I've slowly stacked THP boosts on pre-LTD Russ and they all helped a bit. Then got the LTD and he became a baller card able to squeeze it in windows he never could before.

I just don't want to chem for 90 TP and not realize that it's not actually helping me because Go Deep actually suck for me right now since Warner meets the DAC threshold anyway.
I always viewed throw power like speed. Doesn't really have a threshold. Incremental improvements. You know, like how all the stats should work..
