Can you get refunds for tier 1 brawler when upgrading to tier 2?
Yes you can refund it and you don't have to unlock them in order so you can refund the x1 version and then buy the x2 one later if you want.
I've been holding off adding brawler to anyone knowing that I will need x2 eventually, but seems like such a waste right now if I have to buy both
