Rookie Premiere Program Question

^ this. Also, they were around a million coins in '19... but by the end of last season, lots of people were coin rich anyway.
EA has systematically decided to nerf the RP's this year... Bosa's 91 is really an 84, and the others who deserved some early upgrades (Brown, Hockenson, etc.) all got such minor upgrades, they weren't making anyone's team if they've been playing since launch.

Ah ok, thanks for the clarification. Totally missed out on M19 that's why I had no clue as to where these RP players come from.

^^ this-there are only 10 rookies chosen for RP and you build them a year in advance for like 500k-700k each.they upgrade by themselves depending on what new versions EA release-so there is a 91 Bosa TOTW with the matching 91 RP with same stats
So core rookie cards mean nothing at this point , it was just a different concept to show that they are a rookie this year . Their ovr does not change , rookie premier cards are different, you had to get them from the previous madden before a certain time frame . And they were only a select few ea picked for rookie premiere , once that rookie gets a card , that card transfer it’s stats to the rookie premier card.
Can someone please explain to me how the program works or link me to somewhere where it's explained? I've seen that some of this years rookie class got upgrades like Bosa after his TOTW, so I thought maybe the Core Rookie cards can be Upgraded with their updated cards throughout the year. Or are those Rookie Premiere cards different? If so, how can they be attained? Was checking to see if I could get a Rookie Premiere card of Jeffery Simmons or AJ Brown but according to MH no Titans Player has a Rookie Premiere?
