Can someone explain this dumb man the Blitz promo?

I have actually never played madden so serious until this, even though im very casual.
I got a few questions how this promo blitz works..
So are we getting sets for it? If so, are they limited to an hour or so? What is the time they normally release, like 7 or 8 pm? Because its kinda hard for european fans to keep follow if things are beeing dropped tomorrow after midnight Central europe time.
Will there be released cards like Totw? "heros" and Ltd? or just ltd's?
I understand the limited packs and limited bundles and it doesnt interest me honestly.
